Class trip to Dublin. Guinness, fresh as fresh can be, was sampled. My greasiest breakfast ever was gulped down the morning after the sampling. I am sure there was knowledge gained too. Perhaps even relevant to the course.

From the Guinness building. Took this on a class trip while perusing the history of the Guinness brewery through all of the visitor centre’s 7 floors. There is such a thing as too much Guinness!
